We at Spread the Love Projects are proud to announce that we are allocating $5,000 to UPMC Children's Hospital Foundation. With this disbursement, we hope to continue funding families struggling with pediatric medical bills in hopes to relieve financial burdens.
Of the $5,000 allocated, $2,500 will be used for the UPMC Children’s Hospital social works department. This sector emphasizes the needs of hospitalized patients and their families. The other $2,500 will be used for their community health and basic needs department, which focuses on out-patient needs.
As the funds are distributed, we make it a priority to be a transparent nonprofit organization. To do so, our website will be updated on a regular basis to show the use of our donations. In addition, UPMC will also provide us with an annual report detailing the disbursement of our funds. All documentation will be available on our website.
